Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

By using our services or making a purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • Product images are for illustration purposes; actual product may vary slightly
  • Custom orders require a 50% advance payment

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, cheques, and EMI options
  • EMI options are subject to credit approval by our financing partners
  • Balance payment is due before delivery

4. Delivery

  • Free delivery within Coimbatore city limits for orders above ₹50,000
  • Delivery charges apply for locations outside Coimbatore
  • Standard delivery: 3-5 business days for ready stock items
  • Custom orders: 15-20 working days plus delivery time
  • Assembly and installation are included at no extra cost

5. Warranty

  • 10-year warranty on teak wood furniture against manufacturing defects
  • 5-year warranty on other wood types
  • 2-year warranty on fabric and upholstery
  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage due to negligence

6. Returns & Cancellations

  • Custom-made furniture cannot be returned or cancelled after production begins
  • Ready stock items can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition
  • Cancellation before production: Full refund minus 5% processing fee
  • Report any damage during delivery within 24 hours

7. Limitation of Liability

Sri Sai Furniture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
